SI 81, 2011 – Fixed Charge Notice – Fine Raised to €150

On February 24th, Statutory Instrument(SI) 81 of 2011 was signed into law by former Minister Conor Lenihan. This SI revokes the previous SI 324 of 2010. The only change effected by this SI is an increase in the Fixed Charge to €150. Angling continues as before in line with the existing regulations in place.
