Update from Inland Fisheries Ireland regarding Bandon River
There are a number of cases currently before the District Court in Bandon relating to works in the Bandon River. As a result, it is not appropriate for Inland Fisheries Ireland to make a statement on this matter until these issues have concluded.
Inland Fisheries Ireland does not comment on the specific details of any case before the courts anywhere in the country in order to allow the legal process conclude appropriately.
